How to return an item
- Request a return from your order page (link in your order confirmation email or in your account), or email us at contact@owaw.ca with your order number.
- Once your request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label, free of charge.
- Drop off your package. Once it's received and inspected, we'll confirm your refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll make it right.
Good to know
- Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- Non-returnable items: used products and items marked as final sale.
