Refund policy

At OWAW, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Used items, products damaged after delivery, or returns without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

• A short explanation of the request
• Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We'll make it right.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused
• The item is in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
