Shipping overview
We ship everywhere in Canada.
Free shipping on eligible orders. Eligibility is shown in your cart and at checkout, before you pay. Orders that aren't eligible are charged the rates below.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Standard shipping: 1 to 3 business days, by Canada Post or an equivalent carrier, flat rate of $8
- Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days, flat rate of $15
All orders include tracking and carrier coverage of up to $100 CAD per package.
Processing and delivery
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1 business day. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates. Remote or rural areas may need a few extra days, and holidays, peak periods, weather or carrier delays can also extend them.
Shipping address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible: we can correct it as long as the order hasn't shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Package marked as delivered but not received
First, please check your mailbox, parcel locker, building reception, and with members of your household and your neighbours. Sometimes a package is marked as delivered the day before it actually arrives.
If it still can't be found, contact us. We'll provide all the proof you need (tracking information, delivery confirmation and shipping slip) so you can submit a claim to the carrier.
Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a replacement or refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll make it right.
